SAFE BIOCARE sprl was founded by Jean-Jacques BOURGOIS
on July 15, 2002.

At first, the company offered scientific, technical and regulatory consulting services to companies working in the cosmetics industry.

Then, SAFE BIOCARE extended its services to other fields such as food supplements and biocides.

SAFE BIOCARE started offering its services to Belgian companies but quickly extended to other regions given the international dimension of the industry. The company now assists cometics firms in Europe, North America, the Near/Middle East and ASEAN countries.

In November 2008, SAFE BIOCARE merged with ORIUS sprl, an import/export management company, to create BIORIUS sprl (www.biorius.com). Thanks to increased means and appropriate staff, BIORIUS now specializes in Regulatory Affairs for the cosmetic industry.

The growth dynamics of SAFE BIOCARE is not only based on tackling new commercial challenges but it also aims at innovation and originality. (see R&D)
